RETURN POLICY - Please be aware that all crystal and all Crystal services are final. Due to our products' unique and delicate nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for broken, damaged, lost, or stolen items. However, we offer add-on Insurrance.

Note -All U.S. orders includes $100 of free shipping insurance.
Shipping insurance for International order-
I recommend buying insurance to secure your investment.

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days, with delivery taking 5-10 days. Please note that while I will do my best to meet these delivery times, I do not have complete control over shipping durations.

 Other Shipping Policies- Due to restraining policies and compliance changes in the EU and UK, we no longer ship to the EU region.

PICTURES & LIGHTING-
I'm not a professional photographer; I take pictures of my crystal, mainly with natural light. Be aware that your crystal might look slightly different from the picture depending of the light you are in.
